Reuerendis in Christo patribus dominis et amicis suis karissimis domino Johanni venerabili preposito . . . decano totique capitulo Monasterii in Herczogenburg Petrus prepositus et archydiaconus Christophorus decanus totusque Conuentus Ecclesie Seccouiensis, cum oracionum frequencia fraternam in domino karitatem. Verum quia religionis ordo principaliter hoc exigit et requirit ut sub eo militantes mutuis consolacionibus se inuicem preueniant, fidelique obsequio caritatis, ut qui nexu carnalis amoris hic fideliter coniunguntur solutis corporibus eciam in spiritu fideliter congregentur Nos igitur Petrus prepositus prefatus totusque noster Conuentus ecclesie Seccouiensis pro nobis et omnibus nobis succedentibus matura deliberacione prehabita in nostram confraternitatem recipimus libenter et liberaliter iuxta peticionis affectum Reuerendi domini domini Johannis prepositi . . . decani et totius capituli Monasterii in Herczogenburg nunc in vita manentibus et infuturum superuenientibus, facientes eos omnium bonorum, que per nos et successores nostros in Ecclesia nostra adiuuante deo, qui est omnium bonorum largitor et auctor, fiunt et fieri poterunt, in vita pariter et in morte, participes, fraternitatem eandem sic firmare volentes, vt si qui fratrum nostrorum, fraterne caritatis gracia, vel alio quocunque casu, alterutrum se visitare voluerint, prebenda(m) que ibidem fratribus ministrari solet, integraliter (sint) percepturi. Preterea statuimus, vt cum aliquis ex vestro consorcio, vocante domino, decesserit et nobis nunciatus fuerit obitus quem dominus felicem faciat, Decanus, audito obitu fratris defuncti, Ceteris fratribus mane in capitulo intimabit, Quo facto decanus nomen defuncti statim ascribi faciat libro mortuorum. In eadem eciam nocte, si festum alicuius sancti non impediat, maiores vigilie cum solempni compulsacione cantentur et missa pro defunctis mane celebretur, Missas nichilominus aliis fratribus legentibus in sequestro et infra Trecenarium, quilibet sacerdotum, Tres missas. non computata eadem missa, que in deposicione ipsius dici debuit, pro defuncto celebret, Alii vero infra sacerdocium existentes, pro eodem vigilias legant, et mane in missa fiat commemoracio specialis. Dantes vobis in testificacionem premisse confraternitatis, has nostras literas, et nostrorum Sigillorum munimine roboratas. Datum Seccouie anno Domini Millesimo Trecentesimo Septuagesimo Septimo in die animarum.
