Propst Martin I. von Herzogenburg entlehnt von seinem Konvent 300 Pfund Pfennige, die sein Vorgänger Jakob I. für die Infirmarie des Stiftes vermacht hatte, und verpfändet dafür bis zur Rückzahlung den zur Prälatur gehörigen Zehent zu Goggitsch.

    Nos martinus dei gracia prepositus Ecclesie sancti Georgii in herczogenburg notum facimus vniuersis tam presentibus quam futuris hanc literarum paginam inspecturis Quod dilecti in Christo nostri fratres et Conuentus Ecclesie nostre predicte incunbente necessitatis articulo nobis sunt conpassi nostrisque precibus inclinati summam quandam pecunie videlicet trecentarum lib. denariorum wiennensis monete vsualis quas dominus Jacobus pie memorie predecessor noster prepositus in remedium anime sue cum deuocione ad domum infirmarie nostre obtulit. cupiens restaurare quam omnino nouerat fructibus et prouentibus destitutam in subsidium fratrum ibidem decumbentium ut commodius necessariis suis infirmitatibus possent (sic) prouideri. Nobis mutuo accommodare sunt dignati ad retorquendum et ad repetendum denarios suos supradictos satisfecimus tali condicione interposita decimam nostram in Gockacz. que preposituram nostram concernit dilectis fratribus nostris obligauimus tam diu ad habendam et possidendam (sic) et omnes fructus eiusdem decime percipiendos ad vsus memorate domus infirmarie Conuentus nostri prout videbitur expedire quoadusque tempus opportunum cooperante nobis aut successoribus nostris domino omnium Iargitore supra dictis nostris dilectis fratribus et Conuentui pretaxatam summam CCC lib. denariorum persoluere curabimus proposito cum fideli et qualibet contradiccione procul mota. In cuius rei testimonium presentes literas conscribi iussimus sigillorum nostrorum munimine roboratas. Acta sunt hec anno domini Millesimo Trecentesimo nonagesimo secundo.
