C. In nomine summe trinitatis. Notum sit christi fidelibus, quod ego Eberhardus Jvuauensis ecclesie archiepiscopus in pede montis putinensis consecraui capellam propter usus fratrum Richerispergensivm tali uidelicet cautione, vt eadem capella cum dote adiacente in potestate sit eorundem fratrum neque plebanus eiusdem loci aliquid in ea ivris habeat neque ipse de suo ivre aliquid amittat propter eandem capellam, in qua nimirum diuina officia fratribus celebrari concessimus, que illic audire nullos fideles prohibemus ita uidelicet, ut suo ivre non priuetur Putinensis plebanus; Populares quoque sermones in precipuis festis eiusdem capelle inibi fieri permisimus uidelicet in dedicatione ac festis Beati Johannis Babtiste sanctique Petri Apostoli. Interfuerunt autem huic dispensationi Dominus Romanus Gurcensis episcopus et prepositi Gerhohus et Werinherus Seccowensis Presbiteri capellani nostri Roudbertus, Gotescalcus, Oudalricus Et de Pataviensi episcopatu Marquardus prepositus Niwenburgensis, Canonici Richerispergenses Walherus et Heinricus presbiteri, Canonici Niwenburgenses Herimannus et Hildibrandus diaconi, Plebani sacerdotes Hartwicus de Lanzenkirichen, Meginwardus de Bramberg, Richerus de Putine, Laici nobiles et ministeriales, Comes Ekkibertus, Dietericus de Mosen, Depoldus de Lechisgimunde, Turingus de Weriuen, Sigemar de Libenize, Hartnidus et frater eius Marquardus de vcelingen, Truslebus de Radistat, Putinenses ministeriales, Poppo, Livpoldus, Rapoto, Chouno, Turingus et populus multus ad dedicationem ipsius capelle collectus. Et vt hec nostra dispositio firma et inconvulsa permaneat, paginam hanc sigilli nostri roboravimus inpressione. Actum putin Anno dominice incarnationis M.C.XL.VIIII. Indictione XIII.
