Eberhardus dei gratia Salzburgensis ecclesie archiepiscopus dilecto fratri Gerhoho Richerisbergensi preposito. Eiusque fratribus jn perpetuum. Dispensatio nobis, vt apostolus ait, credita est, vnde in conmisso tideles non solum in spiritualibus uerum etiam in temporalibus fideli dispensatione uti volumus. Itaque fratres karissimi vobis vestrisque successoribus in posterum, quecunque a beate memorie chvnrado archiepiscopo uestris usibus donata sunt, nos rata uobis et illibata esse uolumus. Quo circa donationem patelle, quam idem predecessor noster vobis in halla fecit, non solum ratam esse uolumus et firmam, uerum etiam ampliamus addendo uobis eiusdem patelle decimationem, que pridem ad abbatiam beati Petri pertinens inde per legitimum concambium in nostram potestatem redacta collaudatione fratrvm nostrorum clericorum et fidelium laicoruin ministerialium nostra uobis donatione obuenit. Ut ergo firma sit hec nostre largitatis dispensatio, paginam hanc inde conscriptam nostra subscriptione atque sigilli nostri inpressione firmamus. C.
