    Notum esse uolumus tarn presentibus quam posteris ecclesie filiis, qualiter ego Reginmarus gratia dei patauiensis ecclesie episcopus recognoscens inopiam fratrum commanentium in cenobio beati Floriani Martyris ipsorum utilitate ex aliqua parte consulere dignum duxi. Inito ergo consilio uirorum catholicorum tradidi suscipiente manu Rovdolfi aduocati sui super altare predicti Martyris ecclesiam in riede cum tota dyocesy sua, sicut ante possessa fuit ab aliquo precedentium parrochianorum, quantumcunque illa nostra plaga ibi protenditur uersus aquilonem, Hac tamen commutatione, scilicet accipiens nostre potestati eam, que dicitur munichespach, que et ante fuerat supradicti cenobii ecclesie ex cuiusdam Friderici nobilis uiri traditione. Hoc igitur ut inconuulsum ratumque permaneat, sigyllo nostro subsignamus, banno confirmamus.
