Scribatur hoc in generacione altera, quod ego Hartwicus Dei gracia Ratisponensis Episcopus diuino timore et amore conpunctus circa venerabilem locum vulgo Weltenburg appellatum plurimis quidem reliquiis Sanctorum preditum sed humanis amminiculis miserabiliter destitutum Transtuli illuc de domo sancti Floriani spectabilem canonice vite Signiferum nomine Hartwicum eiusque Solacio et omnium, qui cum eo et post eum Domino nostro Jesu Christo sub patrociniis Sacratissimorum martirum Laurencii videlicet et Georgii ibidem Seruituri sunt, Jure perpetuo mancipaui proximam Insulam Danubii et quicquid episcopalis dicionis fuit in monte, quem beatus Wolfgangus quintus antecessor meus incastellauit, exceptis pertinenciis vinearum Gotfridi aduocati. Quodsi quis hanc largicionis mee cartam, quam pro remedio anime mee simulque predecessorum et Successorum meorum conscribi feci et proprii Sigilli inpressione Signaui, ausu temerario infringere temptauerit et aliqua invasione uel inminucione uel alienacione Spiritum Sanctum, cuius instinctu hec traditio facta est, in famulis eius Contristauerit, sit ille, nisi digna satisfaccione emendauerit, eiusdem Sancti Spiritus iudicio et auctoritate apostolorum Petri et Pauli anathema maranatha et illam tristiciam incurrat, de qua scriptum est: non resurgunt impii in iudicio neque peccatores in Consilio iustorum, omni autem cooptanti et cooperanti nobis in bonum circa prenominatum locum sit gaudium et pax in Spiritu Sancto audiatque desiderabilem illam vocem a celesti medico: dimissa sunt ei peccata multa, quoniam dilexit multum. Actum Ratispone Anno ab incarnacione Saluatoris M. centesimo vicesimo tercio, Indictione prima astipulantibus et astantibus cleri et populi magistribus et magnatibus, quorum denuo placuit hec nomina consignari: Adalprecht Comes de Pogene, Adalprecht de geren et fratres eius Ludowich et Heijnrich, Diepolt de chagere, Bernolt de Wise, Adalgoz de Salre, Weril Dapifer, chuno Pincerna.
