Nos Hainricus de volkenstorf tenore presencium protestamur et tam presentibus quam futuris volumus esse notum, quod nos mediam partem prati in volkchensdorf, quod dicitur auf der aw, ad nos iure hereditario pertinentem Ottoni wolfstain et Elizabethe vxori eius contulimus tytulo feudi in perpetuum possidendum. Testes huius rei sunt Dominus Otto de Volkenstorf, dominus Leutoldus de Walde et dominus Fridericus de Lantzenperge Milites, Otto de Grillenperge, Albertus de Hautzenpach, Dietmarus Wolfstain, Hainricus et Otto de Mose fratres, Tyemo Ciuis in anaso et Germundus Ciuis ibidem et plures alii, qui predicte collacioni interfuerunt et eam audiuerunt pariter et viderunt. Nos quoque ad confirmacionem eius et certitudinem ampliorem presentem litteram super eam confectam Sigilli nostri appensione fecimus roborari. Acta sunt hec in anaso anno domini M.CC. Septuagesimo quinto, Nono kalendas Marcii.
