    In nomine domini Amen. Nos Heinricus de Volkenstorf presentibus litteris protestamur, quod tytulum proprietatis bonorum in Risech, in Tal et in Pirchenstvben ad nos legitime pertinentem, procurantibus venerabilibus domino Chunrado preposito et Conuentu Domus sancti Floriani una cum Hainrico de Swainpach, qui eadem bona de manu nostra concessione fevdali tenebat, Ecclesie sancti Floriani accedente consensu uxoris et liberorum nostrorum deuote contulimus in perpetuum possidendum. Huius rei testes sunt Dominus Fridericus de Walde senior, Otto de Grillinperch, Jacobarius, Dietmarus Wolfstein, Heinricus de Swainpach, Weikardus, Haertlo, Tobelarius et alii plures, qui dicte collacioni interfuerunt et eam audiuerunt pariter et uiderunt. Nos quoque, ut nulla super hiis ambiguitas uel questio in posterum ualeat suboriri, presentem paginam exinde confectam sigilli nostri appensione fecimus conmuniri. — Acta sunt hec in domo sancti floriani Anno domini M. CC. LXXV. VI. kalendas Februarii.
