Ego Mergardis, Relicta Sifridi de Wienna presentis Scripti protestacione vniuersis desidero notum esse, quod, cum me sentirem quoddam Pomarium (sic) in Radendorf Situm in anime mee penitus dispendium possidere, possessionem ipsius Pomerii, que Ecclesiam domus Sancti Floriani respicere uidebatur, Heredibus meis Sifrido videlicet et Hainrico nec non aliis meis consanguineis et amicis consencientibus et fauentibus ex nunc eidem Ecclesie offero libere simpliciter et precise renuntians omni iuri, quod michi forsitan conpetere uidebatur in ipso Pomerio, per presentes, immo manumittens possessionem eandem cauillatione qualibet procul mota. Itaque facta manumissione huiusmodi Sepedictum Pomerium aput venerabilem dominum Vlshalcum prepositum memorate Ecclesie consentiente Conuentu evici precibus affectiuis michi concedi iure precario per tempora uite mee huiusmodi pacto intercluso, vt videlicet de ipso pomerio in die beati Michahelis annis singulis VII. solidos denariorum vsualis monete ipsi domino meo preposito vel ipsius certo Nuntio offerre debeam casu quolibet contingente. Quod si facere neglexero, ex tunc a iure michi in ipso pomerio concesso pro propria sententia iudico me casuram. In cuius Rei testimonium ac etiam, ut post obitum meum sine contradictione qualibet heredum meorum, consanguineorum et amicorum antedictum pomerium ad prememoratam Ecclesiam libere reuertatur, presentem Cedulam exinde conscriptam appensione Sigillorum domini Irnfridi venerabilis Canonici patauiensis Ecclesie, archidiaconi austrie, decani in Chrems, domini Gozzonis judicis ibidem nec non Ciuitatis Chremensis Roborari ad maiorem efficatiam procuraui annotatis Testibus, qui Sunt hii: Liupoldus frater domini Go (zzonis), Hilperus de stain, Hainricus filius Pilgerini pauperis, Wolfkerus de Radendorf, Geroldus de Radendorf Hainricus Sweinpech, Engelshalcus, Ditmarus Wolfstain, Hainricus Tobler, Hartlo frater suus et alii quam plures. Acta sunt hec Anno domini M.. CC. LXXX. XVI. kalendas Aprilis.
