Ulrich, Propst von St. Florian, bewilligt, dass der Dienst von dem Hof zu Hautzenberg für die Lebenszeit des Heinrich von Hautzenberg und seiner nächsten Erben auf das Gut an der Widem umgelegt werden darf.

    Nos Vlricus diuina miseracione prepositus totusque Conuentus domus sancti Floriani scire cupimus vniuersos presentem paginam inspecturos, quod Ecclesie nostre Colonus Hainricus de Hautzenberg a nobis petiuit, ut seruicium Curie in Hautzenberg sibi relaxaremus et in reconpensam ipsius seruicii reciperemus predium, quod dicitur an der widem, soluens in seruicio tantum vno modio minus nostre mensure quam Curia supradicta, quod videlicet predium ipse predictus Hainricus comparauit a quodam Rudolfo de Wartperch, quo idem Rudolfus ab ecclesia fuerat inpheodatus antecessores sui possederant sine annuo seruicio multis annis (sic). Nos vero aduertentes, quod huiusmodi peticionem dudum admiserant nostri antecessores, nos eciam eidem annuimus ita tamen, quod de Curia in Hautzenperg ipse et heredes sui soluant lx. denarios annuatim; Defunctis autem heredibus huiusmodi gracia ad alios consanquineos nou extendetur, sed sepedicta Curia seruiet ecclesie, sicut seruire consueuerat ab antiquo, quorum heredum nomina sunt hec: Dietricus, Hainricus, Rudlibus, Gerdrudis.||
    Predictus eciam census nulli nisi prelato vel eius speciali nuncio in die beati Floriani martiris assignetur. In cuius facti memoriam presentem litteram scribi fecimus sigillorum nostrorum munimine roboratam.||
