Nos Vlricus dei gracia prepositus, Einwicus decanus totusque Conuentus domus sancti Floriani scire volumus vniuersos presentem paginam inspecfuros, quod domina Elyzabeth pie memorie vxor Rudigeri de Hvtten agens in extremis legauit pro remedio anime sue Ecelesie nostre, vbi sepulturam uiuens elegerat, duo predia, vnum in speche, alterum in Reichkoezzing et hoc de bona uoluntate pariter et consensu domini Rudigeri de Ottersteten et domini Dietmari de Aistershaim, qui tempore sepulture eiusdem domine pro se et pro cunctis heredibus suis renunciauerunt omnibus iuribus, que ex successione hereditaria in eisdem prediis ipsis conpetere uidebantur. Verum cum eadem predia annuatim duo talenta et amplius soluere uideantur, statuerunt prefati duo vna cum Hvettario eiusdem domine Elyzabeth relicto, vt Magister infirmorum, quem eorundem prediorum prouisorem esse volunt, x. solidos in anniuersario eiusdem. domine diuidat annis singulis inter fratres, vt videlicet ipsum anniuersarium cum missis et uigiliis eo ritu peragamus, quo anniuersarium celebrare consueuimus vnius de consorcio sacerdotis. Residuum vero seruicii rector infirmorum magistro operis tanto tempore exhibebit, donec fabrica monasterii nostri plene fuerit consummata; facta autem consummatione illud residuum super x. solidos in elemosinas pauperum in ipso anniuersario noster Infirmarius tenebitur erogare. Hec igitur ordinacio eorum si per negligentiam non obstante aliquo legitimo inpedimento fuerit pretermissa nec post ternam ammonicionem eorum uel heredum suorum fuerit emendata, seniores duo ex heredibus ipsorum domino Rudigero de ottersteten et domino Dietmaro de aistershaim non existentibus de eisdem prediis tanto tempore se intromittent, donec ea, que neglecta sunt, fuerint reuocata. Facta quoque reuocacione quicunque de premissis prediis se intromiserant, nichil ulterius habebunt disponere cum eisdem. Quod si forte ad restitucionem eorundem se difficiles redderent prediorum, super rehabicione ipsorum aduocati nostri auxilium tenebimur protinus inuocare. Et ne super huiusmodi testamento siue ordinacione lis uel questio inter nos et eos possit in posterum suboriri, presentem litteram sibi dedimus sigillorum nostrorum munimine roboratam Testibus annotatis, qui sunt dominus Heinricus de Volkenstorf, dominus Hainricus de Lonstorf et frater suus dominus Otto, dominus Perchtoldus de Harthaim, dominus dietricus de Ebelsperch dominus Otto Wolfstain, Sifridus de Welchling, Heinricus de Dietreiching, Otto de Vezing, Hierzo, Heinricus liber, Heinricus Tobler, ditricus Walich, Herwordus de Chremstorf et plures alii, qui eidem facto interfuerunt, audiuerunt pariter et viderunt.
