Ego Chunradus de Cappella presentis littere testimonio profiteor et protestor, quod, cum Otto de Ceidelhaim dictus prepositus rite et directe recognosceret in se ipso nichil iuris penitus sibi et suis predecessoribus conpetere in decima in Zeidelhaim, in qua Ecclesiam parrochialem sancti Michahelis in Pukchinge grauauerat multociens contra debitum racionis, monente predictum Ottonem spiritu consilii sanioris, coram me aliisque viris ydoneis et discretis iuramenti firmo prestito sacramento strictissime abnegauit, quod Ecclesiam prenotatam in Pukchinge seu pastores ipsius ecclesie quocunque nomine nominatos in possessione decime in Zeitelhaim non debeat seu velit in subsequens inpedire, maxime cum sue consciencie lucidus intellectus iudicauerit talem Ecclesiam pro se hactenus in prefata decima indebite molestatam. In cuius rei testimonium de peticione partium videlicet Abel nunc plebani in pukching et Ottonis prefati de zeidelhaim presens scriptum sigilli mei feci robore consignari. Testes huius rei sunt Hainricus de Truna, Hainricus de Alharting, Meinhardus de Chlingenprunne, Hainricus de Voldeinstorf, Hainricus dictus Vreije, Fridricus de Weyer, Fridericus de Holtzhaim, Wernhardus de Sintzingen, Vlricus de Naentzingen, Siboto dictus Haentel, Otto et Hainricus de Vetzinge, Egidius de Purchhusa et alii fide digni. Acta sunt anno domini M°.CC°.LXXXVIIII. III°. Nonas Februarii.
