Uniuersis christi fidelibus, ad quos presens scriptum peruenerit, salutem in domino omnium saluatore. Nouerint vniuersi tam presentes quam futuri, quod nos Frater Theodricus ordinis Cysterciensis dei gratia Episcopus Dyonisiensis gerentes vices in pontificalibus Reuerendi Patris ac Domini Domini Alberti Pathauiensis ecclesie Episcopi Anno Domini Millesimo CCC°. XXIX. in die sancti Blasii Martiris seu sequenti die Purificacionis beate Marie duo altaria ecclesie sancti Floriani in honorem sancte et indiuidue Trinitatis ac sanctorum martirum Ypoliti et Stanizlai et aliorum de nouo consecrauimus opitulante nobis gratia spiritus septiformi. Omnibus igitur vere penitentibus, contritis et confessis, qui predictam ecclesiam zelo deuocionis accesserint, suorum peccaminum veniam aut qualemcumque gratiam a domino quesituri uel qui eidem ecclesie manum porrexerint adiutricem seu qui corpus dominicum cum ad egrotos pro conmunione sacrosancta portari contingerit, plena fide et deuocione fuerint comitati xl dies Criminalium et centum venialium delictorum de iniuncta ipsis penitencia de omnipotentis dei misericordia ac beatorum Petri et Pauli Apostolorum eius meritis confisi misericorditer in domino relaxamus.
