Albertus dei gratia Patauiensis Episcopus Vniuersis christi fidelibus per nostram dyocesim constitutis salutem in domino sempiternam. Cupientes quoslibet christi fideles quibusdam muneribus illectiuis, indulgentiis videlicet et remissionibus peccatorum ad pietatis opera inuitare, quo reddantur diuine gratie aptiores, Omnibus vere penitentibus contritis et confessis, qui sacerdotem corpus christi ad infirmos per totam Parrochiam in Monasterio sancti floriani quocienscunque deferentem, deuote fuerint (subintellige: subsequuti), quadraginta dies Criminalium et Centum dies venialium de iniunctis sibi penitentiis miserieorditer in domino relaxamus.
