    Nos Leutoldus pyncerna Austrie et Albero dicti de Chuenring tenore presencium profitemur et scire cupimus vniuersos, ad quos peruenerit presens scriptum, quod proprietatem predii in Ladendorf ad nos pleno iure spectantem, quod Hainricus ibidem a nobis feudali tytulo habuit et possedit, domino Wilhalmo venerabili abbati et fratribus monasterii sancte Marie Scotorum in Wienna absolute donauimus pure et simpliciter propter deum. In cuius rei testimonium et cautelam presentes litteras dedimus sigillorum nostrorum munimine roboratas. Actum et datum Wienne in monasterio supradicto anno gratie Mo. CCo. nonagesimo quarto, in die beati Georii martyris.
