Nos Wernhardus dei gratia ecclesie Patauiensis episcopus tenore presencium protestamur et notum facimus vniuersis presentes litteras inspecturis, quod, cum dilecti nobis in Christo, Ditricus rector ecclesie in Pulka et Nicolaus plebanus de Stadlav, suarum ecclesiarum commutacionem adinuicem affectarent, nobis super hoc supplicarunt nostrum officium inplorantes, verum quia hec res dilectum fratrem nostrum abbatem et conuentum monasterii sancte Marie Scotorum in Wienna tangere videbatur pro eo, quod, quam primum ecclesiam vacare contingeret, ipsam possunt in vsus proprios conuertere positis ibidem vicariis et porcione deputata eisdem iuxta indulgenciam felicis memorie quondam Rudegerii Patauiensis episcopi, predecessoris nostri, et Gwidonis, quondam cardinalis legati, et secundum tenorem concessionis nostre de consensu capituli nostri sibi facte, vnde dicebant predicti abbas et conuentus, sibi per huiusmodi permutacionem in predictis priuilegiis et iuribus ac vsibus ecclesie in Pulka sibi profuturis preiudicium generari, committentes se nichilominus nostre prouidencie et gracie in hac parte et consensum suum huiusmodi permutacioni prebentes ac protestantes, se saluo iure monasterii in posterum consentire, renunciantes ex vtraque parte omnibus accionibus, que dictis abbati et conuentui contra ipsum D. aut eidem D. contra ipsum abbatem et conuentum quocunque modo competere videbantur. Nos autem pensantes singula circa personas commutancium, que in alterius ecclesiis se poterant melius exercere, et ex officio potestatis ordinarie in huiusmodi negocio procedentes, commutacionem predictam admisimus et personas transtulimus, videlicet ipsum Ditricum in Stadlav et Nicolaum prefatum in Pulka constituens (sic) plebanos saluo iure in posterum monasterii prelibati, ut priuilegia ipsis data sub forma premissa inconuulsa permaneant ac pristinam obtineant firmitatem et in prima vacacione ecclesie in Pulka predicti abbas et conuentus concessa sibi gracia ex beneficio priuilegiorum predictorum libere pociantur.
