Uniuersis Christi fidelibus, has litteras visuris sev audituris, Nos Lodwicus, dei et apostolice sedis gratia Abbas Medlicensis ordinis sancti Benedicti Patauiensis dyocesis ad sedem apostolicam nullo medio pertinentes, salutem et religionis incrementum. Nouerit vni-uersitas vestra, nos inspexisse et ad plenum legisse litteras domini Arnoldi, prepositi sancti Benedicti de Bruna, sancti Benedicti ordinis nec non domini Theodrici, decani Medlicensis, Patauiensis et Olomucensis diocesum, non rasas, non cancellatas, non abolitas nec in aliqua sui parte viciosas, quarum tenor dinoscitur esse talis. (Folgt die Urkunde p. 47, Nr. XL.) In cuius rei fidem ac testimonium has litteras nostri sigilli munimine roboratas eis fieri fecimus patentes.
