29. April 1371, Avignon
Papst Gregor XI. überträgt Rudolf Tetikofer die Pfarrkirche Jesingen, der aber die Kirche Jonschwil aufgeben muss, falls er den hängigen Prozess um sie gewinnt (. . . et super parrochiali ecclesia in Jenswilea)1 dicte diocesis in palacio apostolico te asseris litigare, volumus autem, quod quamprimum vigore presencium prefatam parrochialem ecclesiam in Jesingen2 fueris pacifice assecutus, predictam parrochialem ecclesiam in Jonswile, si eam interim evincas, quam extunc vacare decernimus, omnino prout ad id etiam te sponte obtulisti dimittere, alioquin omni iuri tibi in ea seu ad eam quomodolibet competenti cedere tenearis . . .
