    Johannes dei gratia archiepiscopus Pragensis apostolice sedis legatus vniuersis Christi fidelibus sacri baptismatis fonte renatis salutem in domino sempiternam. Propter veneranda sanctorum merita gloriosa fideles Christi eo libencius ex tradite nobis dispensacionis officio inuitamus, quo ad eorum salutem id nouimus specialius pertinere. Cupientes igitur vt capella beate Marie virginis monasterii in Altovado sub titulo sancti Nicolai confessoris domini nostri Jesu Christi a fidelibus populis cum feruore devocionis diebus singulis frequentetur, vbi dona ac munera spiritualia videlicet indulgencias ac peccatorum remissiones se senserint reportasse, nos volentes nichilominus per huius modi dona ac munera populum fidelem deo et eius genitrici Marie virgini perpetue ac omnibus sanctis reddere acceptabilem, de omnipotentis dei misericordia et beatorum Petri et Pauli apostolorum eius meritis et intercessione confisi omnibus vere penitentibus contritis et confessis, quicunque prefatam capellam visitauerint et in ea coram altari beati Nicolai confessoris quinque "pater noster“ et septem "aue Maria“ flexis genibus orauerint, quadraginta dies indulgenciarum de iniunctis eis penitentiis in domino misericorditer relaxamus. Presencium sub nostro appenso sigillo testimonio iterarum. Datum in Rudnicz die sexta mensis Januarii anno domini millesimo tricentesimo nonagesimo.
