Nos frater Chunradus magister hospitalis sancte Katerine Rat(isponensis) in pede pontis ac universitas fratrum eiusdem conventus universis :I presens scriptum intuentibus salutem in omnium salvatore. Cum per omnipotentis dei misericordiam quisque Christianorum cordis contritionem confessionemque puram peccaminum in recordatione minimorum dei poterit adipisci. Exinde quendam amicorum nostre domus pauperum penuriam seu miseriam nostris minimis sive pauperibus cottidie imminentem scriptis presentibus respexisse fideliter proparamus videlicet videlicet Heinricum dictum cognomine Jussenbechum, qui predium quoddam situm in Amriut solvens IIII mensuras Sultzpechensses, quatuor avene, dimidiam mensuram tritici, tantum ordei, viginti denarios et tercium dimidiam denariis (?), tres pullos et V caseos annis singulis nullo impedimentorum artitulo obsistente pauperibus hospitalis coram personis ydoneis in Sultczpach irrevocabiliter resingnavit (!). Tali formula sic exempta, ut quicquid predictum predii obvencionibus annaliter valeat procreare procuratores prefati hospitalis, qui institucionem et destitucionem huius predium sub eorum ipso vivente detinent potestate, eosdem si obventus videlicet Heinrico sepefato pro vite ipsius curriculo sine contradictione qualibet annualiter amministrent, ipso autem decesso corpore et sublato in annuciacione beate virginis in XL anniversarius sui obitus uxorisque sue Chunigundis vigilia missa ordibus sororum et fratrum predicte domus honestius celebretur. Insuper quoscumque redditus de predicto predio receperint annuales de eisdem vero proventibus annis singulis infirmo cuilibet allec et simula prenotato die ommittendo nullatenus presentur, ita si vigor reddituum valeat sustinere, si non tunc in elemosina contingentem partitive scilicet dispergantur. Ad hoc vero ipse prefatus Heinricus proprietatem, quam habuit in tribus bonis sitis in Motensriut penes Mespruen hospitali eadem vice libere condonavit tali condicione, ut in festo sancti Thome ut annuatim permissam uxoris sue fiat memoria pro defunctis. Ut hec rata permaneant et inconfulssa, sigillo nostro et testibus subnotatis ipse Heinricus Jussenbechus fecit diligencius communiri. Testes huius sunt hii: dominus Confridus plebanus in Sultzpach, dominus Partto miles ibidem et filius suus Partto, Confridus doctor puerorum ibidem, Ch(unradus) et Vl(ricus) filii granatoris, Ch(unradus) sartor, Confridus in Foro et alii quam plures. Acta sunt hec anno domini Mo CC Nonagesimo, ante festum Nat(ivitate Christi)
