Bonifacius episcopus servus servorum dei dilecto filio preposito ecclesie Eisteten(sis) salutem et apostolicam :I benedictionem. Conquesti sunt nobis magister et fratres hospitalis sancte Katerine in pede pontis Ratisponen(sis), quod Sifridus dictus de Paulstorf canonicus Ratisponen(sis) manus iniecit in Conradum dictum de Murqh, fratrem dicti hospitalis dei timore postposito temere violentas cum autem dicti magister et fratres sicut asserunt dicti canonici potentiam merito perhorrescentes eum infra civitatem seu diocesem Ratisponen(sem) nequeant convenire secure discretione tue per apostolica scripta mandamus quatinus, si est ita dictum sacrilegum tandiu appelatione remota excommunicatum publice nunties et facias ab omnibus artius evitari donec super hiis satisfecerit competenter et cum tuarum testimonio litterarum ad sedem venerit apostolicam absolvendus.
