Nos Chunr(adus) prepositus, Chunr(adus) decanus totumque capitulum Rat(isponensis) ecclesie, queria :I viro discreto, domino Ottone sacerdote, socio plebani in GnȎuding, agente contra magistrum et fratres hospitalis ultra pontem Rat(isponensem) et petente, quod cum felicis recordacionis mater sua pro se et ipso emerit, ab eis unam scaffam siliginis, dimidiam avene, unum modium ordeia, duos pullos, duos caseos, et LXa ova eis solvenda pro tempore vite sue pro novem libris denariorum et mortua ipsa matre sua, iidem magister et fratres eadem sibi retinuerint per octo annorum spacium condempnarentur ad solucionem retentorum et ad solucionem praemissorum sibi in antea quamdiu viveret annis singulis persolvenda.
