Abstract
After 15 October 1204 (probably November 1204)
Basil, Archbishop of Tirnovo, tells the Pope that his legate, Cardinal Leo, after ordaining the Bulgarian prelates and crowning Kaloyan, has left Bulgaria on November 15th.
