Charter:  Wir Stephan von Gottes Genaden Psallenzgraf bey Rein*, und Herzoge in Baiern &c. bekennen, und tuen khunt , das wir zu Unterbringung unfers Gotshaus und Stift zu Sewn , und zu fiideren dem ersaraen N. dem Abbt daselbs , sunderlich genaigt und willig sein , und haben in solich genad getan, und tuen auch iu Krafft diss Briefs, was er oder die seinen , hie zu obern und zu nidern Sewn, aus seinem Keller Weins vertreiber, und ausschenket ungeuarlich, dass er davon iiber die Sum-Geits, darura er ist mit uns abkhomenjjerlich ze ze dienn in unser Ka- mer , als lang der Ungelt wert, nu hinfur dhainen Ungelt noch tatz geben noch raichen foil, in khain weiss, untz aus unser Wi- derrussen. Davon gepietten wir en alien unsern Ungeltern, die jetzo find , und kunftigleich werdent, und alien andern de» unsern , wie die genannt find , dass er die egenannt das Gots haus und den Abbt, bey den obgenannten Genaden beleiben las- set , und nicht dawider redt noch tuet, weder wenig noch vil, das ist ganzlich unser Will Wort und Haissen, mit Urkhund dese Briefs mit unserin aufgedrukten Insigel beGgelt, der geben ist dalselbs zu Sewn an nachsten Sontag nach Margarete.
