In nomine sancte et indiuidue trinitatis. Reginbertus dei gracia patauiensis ecclesie episcopus uniuersis Christi fidelibus in perpetuum amen, Ad tollendam in posterum omnem calumpniandi materiam facta modernorum siue negocia, ne in errorem transeant, litteris et scripture testimonio indigent confirmari. Hinc est, quod pro habundantis cautele remedio memorie tam presencium quam futurorum notum fore volumus, quod quidam nobilis noster dilectus Otto de Machlant instinctu sancti spiritus ecclesiam in predio suo in loco, qui dicitur Sancti Johannis iuxta riuum in Sebnich fundauit et eam satis large prediis dotauit atque ditauit Et ecclesias quasdam, quas tam ipse quam patres sui in territorio patrimonii sui fundauerant, cum omni iure, quod in eis racione fundi habuit, ius scilicet patronatus et dotem earundem ecclesiarum supradicto Monasterio donauit, Parrochiam scilicet in Sebnich, in qua ipsum monasterium fundatum est, et Chrutzen, Newnchirchen et Chunigswisen, Duninpach et ecclesiam sancti Georii. Nos etiam deuocionem ipsius prefati domini Ottonis intuentes Ecclesias quasdam Parrochiales ad nos pleno iure spectantes uidelicet Munichspach, Mitterchirchen, Saechsin, Grine cum omni iure, quod in eis habuimus, iure scilicet patronatus de conmuni cathedralium et ministerialium nostrorum consilio prenominato cenobio donauimus perpetuo possedendas (sic). Preterea ne quisquam successorum nostrorum seu prefati domini Ottonis quacunque sorte succedencium in omnibus supradictis ecclesiis ius patronatus sibi presumat in posterum usurpare, de consensu domini Ottonis et de bono consilio cathedralium nostrorum singulas prenominatas ecclesias tam a nobis quam ab ipso domino Ottone sepedicto monasterio donatas in euidens signum debite et perpetue possessionis iuris patronatus prefato cenobio sub annuali censu persoluendo perpetuo tradimus obligatas, Ecclesiam uidelicet Munichspach sub censu duodecim solidorum denariorum usualis monete, Ecclesias uero Nywnchirchen, Chunigswisen, Sancti Georii, Dunninpach sub censu dimidii talenti denariorum usualis monete, Ecclesiam in Saechsin sub censu quinquaginta metretarum siliginis et totidem auene usualis mensure, Mitterchirchen, Chrutzen, Grine sub censu uiginti metretarum siliginis et totidem auene usualis mensure. Ut autem hec rata et inconuulsa permaneant, presentis pagine inscriptionem sub sigillo nostro in perpetuum conmunimus. Siquis autem idem adtemptare presumpserit, sciat se iram et indignacionem omnipotentis dei incurrere. Huius rei testes sunt Gebhardus de purchausen, Chunradus de pilstain et filius eius fridrich, Chunradus comes de ragitz, Ulricus de perneke, Hertwich de Hagenaive, Waltherus de traism, Hertwicus de rauna et alii quam plures. Hec autem facta sunt anno ab incarnatione domini Mill. CXLVII. in expedicione ierosolimitana, Indictione VIIII.
