    Otto secundus dei gratia Babmbergensis episcopus Statum ecclesiarum nostrarum pia sollicitudine considerantes ea, que ipsis conferuntur, pro sui qualitate memorie commendamus, ne propter prolixitatem temporum et labilem recordacionem hominum hoc, quod utiliter gestum est, consumat obliuio. ad omnium itaque Christi fidelium tam presentium quam futurorum noticiam peruenire cupimus, quod nos ad peticionem consanquinei nostri quondam ducis Stirie ea bona, que a uertice montis Pirtlonis usque ad hospitale prefatus dux a nobis habuit in beneficio, culta, inculta et mansum in uilla Swente cum nemore sito inter Stire et fluuium Piznic iure proprietatis ecclesie sancte marie in ualle Gerste contulimus, ut per hoc nostra consistat salus et prosperitas et fratribus ibidem deo et sancte Marie perpetuo famulaturis uberiora prestentur obsequia. Vt autem hec donatio nostra firma et inconuulsa permaneat, presentem ei paginam conscribi et sigilli nostri impressione fecimus insigniri. Acta sunt hec anno ab incarnatione domini M. C. LXXXX. jndictione X. anno pontificatus nostri XIIII.
