In nomine sancte et indiuidue trinitatis. Liupoldus dux austrie stirieque. Quoniam diuine largitatis gratia omnium ecclesiarum Christi defensores constituti sumus, precipue tamen earum curam gerere debemus, quas karitas piissimorum hominum necessitati pauperum instituit prouenturas. Notum sit igitur omnibus Christi fidelibus, quod aduocaciam nouellj hospitalis garsten sitj pro remedio anjme nostre parentumque nostrorum ita nobis assumpsimus, ut omnja bona ipsius infra terminos regiminis nostri constituta omnj jure judicum et aduocatie postposito sola spe diuine retributjonjs tueamur; Si quis etiam ministerialis noster superna inspiratione conmonitus prefato hospitalj aliquid prediorum suorum conferre uoluerit, hoc faciendj liberam facultatem permittjmus. Et ne quis in posterum hec statuta nostra infringere ualeat, ipsa sigillj nostri inpressione corroboramus.
