Celestinus episcopus seruus seruorum dei dilectis filiis suis preposito et fratribus Ranshouensis ecclesie salutem et apostolicam benedictionem. Ea propter dilecti in domino filii uestris iustis postulacionibus grato concurrentes assensu felicis recordacionis Innocencii pape predecessoris nostri uestigiis inherentes presencium auctoritate statuimus, ut is, qui locum regiminis in ecclesia Ranshouen obtinet, curam quoque plebis ad eandem ecclesiam pertinentis exerceat. Nulli ergo omnino hominum liceat hanc nostre constitucionis paginam infringere uel ei ausu temerario contraire. Si quis autem hoc adtemptare presumpserit, indignacionem omnipotentis dei et beatorum petri et pauli apostolorum eius se nouerit incursurum. Datum Laterani iij Kal.
