Rudigerus dei gratia Patauiensis Episcopus Recognoscimus et presentium tenore profitemur, quod dominus Gundakerus de Storchenberch ministerialis ducis austrie de bono consensu nostro ad instantiam et petitionem dominj Heinricj abbatis de Ebersperch et conuentus eiusdem monasterij pro remedio anime sue successorumque suorum libere tradidit ecclesie Eberspergensi decimas in curia Waedlingensi, quibus a nobis fuit infeodatus, sed cum certitudinem abbatj et ecclesie iam dicte sufficientem alio modo facere non posset, porrexit decimas iure hominij ministerialibus monasterij eberspergensis in usus fratrum inibj degentium perpetuo profuturas. Ministeriales uero infeodati per manum dominj Gundakeri dederunt predicto abbatj et conuentuj super eisdem decimis CC. libras ratisponenses, sic tamen, ut XXX. denarij pro censu detescant annuatim, ne abbas et ecclesia de usura ab aliquo postmodum impetretur. Ne igitur talis tractatus a successoribus nostris in preiudicium abbatis et cenobij eberspergensis ualeat cassarj, presentem paginam sigilli nostri munimine decreuimus insignirj. Acta sunt anno dominj M.CCXLVIIII Indictione VII.
