Otakarus dei gratia Dux Austrie et Stirie et Marchio Morauie Omnibus hanc litteram inspecturis in perpetuum. Cum nostra celsitudo ex gratia et favore speciali ecclesiarum iudempnitatibus nostris cogitet temporibus prouidere nec non iura earum, que ex concessione predecessorum nostrorum dinoscuntur hactenus habuisse, ipsis conseruare uelimus, presentis scripti testimonio fratribus ecclesie in Altah, quorum etiam deuotio plurimum nos inducit, fauorabiliter indulgemus, ut singulis annis uictualia sua per Mutas nostras et thelonea in terris et in aquis liberum transitum habeant et securum, hiis dumtaxat exceptis, quod Mutarii in transitu prime Mute scilicet in Stein pro iure suo recipiant tantum sexaginta quatuor denarios, et sic a Stein usque ad Ips libere pertransibunt. In secunda uero Muta uidelicet in Ips Mutarii per se recipient tantummodo duas pelues, duas cyrothecas, piperis libram unam. Mutarii uero de Muthousen tempore sue Mute recipient pro iure suo tantummodo uiginti quatuor denarios, In Lintza uero nihil. Sed sic omnes nostri Mutarii integraliter expediti exactiones amplius non facient in eosdem, Sed quemadmodum est premissum, liberum in terris et in aquis habebunt transitum et securum. Vt autem huiusmodi gratia eis perpetuo debeat conseruari, presentem paginam sigillorum nostrorum munimine iussimus roborari. Datum in Nivvenburch Anno dominice incarnationis M. CC. LI. Indictione nona.
