Otto dei Gratia Comes Palatinus Rheni, Dux Bawarie Per presens scriptum notum fierj volumus vniuersis, quod Dilectus fidelis noster vlricus de Lobenstayn litteras Patentes FRiderici Romanorum Imperatoris bone recordacionis nobis ostendit continentes, quod eidem VI. possessiones aput Anasum ad Officium Notariatus pertinentes obligauerit pro ducentis libris. Licet igitur in eadem obligacione nominatus vlricus nullum ius habere dinoscatur, nos tamen ipsius fidelia seruitia nobis et filio nostro L. karissimo considerantes sepius ab ipso esse inpensa, easdem possessiones ipsi obligamus pro ducentis libris wiennensis Monete, sicut a predicto Imperatore habebat in obligacione. Easdem possessiones nobis et Heredibus nostris dabit soluendas in Natiuitate beate virginis et vsque ad eundem diem proventus in prediis et frvctiis (?) remanebunt. In testimonium itaque predicte obligacionis presentem cedulam ipsi dedimus Sigillo nostro communitam. Datum Landeshuot Anno domini M. CC. LI. In die beatj Georij Non. Indictione.
