Vniuersa negotia, que fiunt in tempore, ne sequantur naturam temporis, solent eternari memoria litterarum. Ego igitur Gotschalcus de Neytperch omnibus presentem litteram inspecturis notum facio et profiteor per presentes, quod voluntate vxoris mee Mehthyldis accedente pariter et consensu bona mea jn chvnegswisen sita dicta tercia pars domino vlrico chappellario et vxori sue domine Elysabeth omni iure detento a me actenus liberaliter dedi perpetuo possidenda illud adiciens, quod iam dicta bona ab omni inpetitionis articulo sine infestacionibus contra vlricum predictum ratione eorundem bonorum exortis quoquo modo absoluere teneor et tueri sev per vim vel potentiam occupata supradictus vlricus debet pretaxata bona, prout melius vuluerit vel potuerit, defensare. In cuius rei testimonium presentes litteras conscribi feci mei sigilli caractere roboratas cum nominibus testium huic facto assistentium annotatis, quorum nomina snnt: dominus Erchengerus de Landsere, dominus Stephanus de Myhsowe, dominus Chunradus de Svmerowe, dominus Heynricus de Hawenvelde, dominus Heynricus dictus canis, dominus Chunradus, dominus Syboto videlicet fratres omnes tres de Potendorf, Heynricus pryse et alij quam plures. Datum in fürstenvelde anno domini M. CC. LXXVII. quinto nonas martij.
