Heinricus Dei Gratia Comes Palatinus Reni, Dux Bavarie omnibus presentia inspecturis in perpetuum. Volentes Ecclesiarum profectibus insistere et earum divine remunerationis intuitu, que nos dignata est decorare pre ceteris, indemnitatibus precavere, recognoscimus nos instrumenta Leopoldi et Friderici Ducum Austrie non cancellata nec abolita nec in ulla sui parte viciata vidisse et propriis manibus contrectasse, in quibus expresse continebatur, quod solutis triginta duobus denariis a Procuratoribus metmensis Ecclesie dicta Ecclesia sine exactione Theloneorum uel mutarum debet esse libera et immunis et in transitu victualium suorum pacifica et quieta. Ne igitur favor pro dicta Ecclesia inductus in ullo videatur tempore minui, sed augeri, volumus et districte mandamus, ut in districtu nostro super Auasum dicta Ecclesia salva et illibata pristinorum Principum gratia conservetur, quemadmodu tenor ipsorum instrumentorum Principum expressius innuit et declarat. Datum in Stroubinc anno domini millesimo ducentesimo septuagesimo septimo VI. Idus Aprilis.
