Rudolphus Dei gratia Romanorum Rex semper Augustus Vniuersis Sacri Romani Imperii fidelibus praesentes literas inspecturis in perpetuum. Nostrorum fidelium volentes intendere profectibus gratiose, huius scripti Testimonio patefacimus universis, quod dilectis civibus nostris de Freynstatt, quorum erga nos est devotio manifesta, hanc gratiam concedimus, ut singuli Mercatores undecunque venientes ibidem debeant deponere merces suas, volentes simul ipsis imposterum tam in aqua quam in terra conservare universas conditiones, libertates et jura, quae praeclarae memoriae ab Illustribus Leopoldo et Friderico Ducibus Austriae tenuerunt. Nulli ergo omnino hominum liceat Hanc nostrae concessionis et confirmationis paginam infringere vel eidem in aliquo ausu temerario contraire. Quod qui fecerit, nostrae Maiestatis offensam se noverit incursurum. In cuius Testimonium Ipsis dedimus praesentes literas Sigilli nostri munimine roboratas. Datae Wiennae VII. Calend. Augusti, Indictione quinta, Anno Millesimo Ducentesimo Septuagesimo Septimo, Regni vero nostri Anno quarto.
