Heinricus dei gratia Palatinus Comes Rheni, Dux Bawarie Judici ac aliis Mutenariis in Lintze presentibus et successuris gratiam suam et omne bonum. Perspectis priuilegiis, que habuit et habet domus ecclesie sancti Egidii Patauiensis Ab illustri principe bone memorie Liupoldo Duce Austrie super libertate mute in Lintze pro victualibus vini et frumenti ac aliis necessariis eiusdem domus in aqua descendentibus et ascendentibus recognouimus eandem gratiam libertatis ipsi Ecclesie et procuratori suo domino Chunrado Plebano ibidem ob salutem nostram et liberorum nostrorum et remedium animarum nostrarum et liberorum nostrorum et pie recordationis karissime vxoris nostre inuiolabiliter conseruandam. Precipimus igitur vobis districtissime iniungentes, ut ipsarn ecclesiam et procuratores suos in subducendis et adducendis predictis necessariis non debeatis aliqualiter inpedire, sed ea sine qualibet exactione Mute transduci in ascensu et descensu dicti libere permittatis.
