    Propter mutabilem temporis cursum expedit, ut, que ab ydoneis personis stabiliuntur uel ordinantur, euidenti litterarum fulciantur stabili firmamento. Nouerint igitur tam presentes quam posteri, quod ego heydenricus dictus de haychenpach consului filio meo heynrico egrotanti, ut domui beate virginis in slaga pro iniuriis illatis et pro liberatione anime sue solemne remedium ordinaret. Qui eum nil aliud haberet nisi mansum, qui dicitur in mayrhoph, quod dare posset tam libere et secure, Vnde iam dictam curiam in mayrhoph predictus filius meus heynricus pro peccatis et remedio anime sue et ego damus et obligamus atque conferimus ecclesie beate virginis in plaga pro decem libris libere possidendam. Ne autem talis nostra donacio per nostros successores valeat infirmari, presentem pagellam prelibate ecclesie sancte marie in plaga sigilli mei et domini mei Rudlini supradicte domus prepositi munimine tradidimus fideliter roboratam. Datum anno domini M°.CC°.L°XXX.VIIII°. Testes huius rei sunt dominus Rudlinus prepositus, heynricus lugerius, Theodrycus fratres, vlrycus puhler, vlrycus clenauer, wernhardus villicus, Theodrycus sutor, Rudgerus welcneht et alii quam plures.
