Nos Wolfhardus diuina miseracione Prepositus Ecclesie Sancti Nycolai Patauie Tenore presencium publice profitemur, Quod cum Officiales Camere nostre crebro nobis exponerent defectus eiusdem Camere asserentes redditus ipsius annuales non sufficere pro uestitu propter frequentem accrescenciam personarum, Nos defectus huiusmodi notabiles releuare et aliquid addere cupientes Dominis ac fratribus nostris Decem et octo Talenta reddituum denariorum wiennensium veterum de Eeclesia nostra in widemspach post obitum domini Wolfhardi Sacerdotis prebendarij ac familiaris nostri dilecti, cui ad dies suos X. talenta de ipsa Ecclesia amministramus annuo, Officio predicte Camere deputanda ac donanda duximus sub hac forma, ut Camerarius, qui pro tempore fuerit, de eisdem redditibus singulis presbiteris et dyaconibus annis singulis infra Pasca et Pentecosten Tunicas de parchano perpetuis temporibus administret saluis redditibus X talentorum denariorum, quos officium Camere de predicta Ecclesia habuisse dinoscitur ab antiquo, quibus per hanc nostram nouam donacionem non intendimus aliqualiter derogare. Quitquid uero Camerarius vltra inpensa tunicarum habuerit, hoc ipsum in alios usus necesssarios Camere redigat et profectus Etquia beneficijs agitur, ut benefactorum benignis precibus annuatur, dicti domini et confratres nostri in recognicionem tanti beneficij accepti ad peragendum Anniuersarium nostrum annis singulis cum sollempni conpulsacione et maioribus vigiliis ac Missa defunctorum cum conuentu se suos quoque successores animo beniuolo imperpetuum obligarunt. Vt autem huius nostre donacionis institucio perpetue firmitatis robur obtineat nec a quoquam inposterum valeat infirmari, presentem literam scribi fecimus et Sigillorum nostrorum appensione communiri, Actum et Datum in Ecclesia nostra predicta Anno domini M°.
