Albertus dei gratia Dux Austrie, Styrie et Karinthie, Dominus Carniole, Marchie ac Portusnaonis, Comes in Habispurch et in Kyburch necnon superioris Alsacie Lantgrauius Dominusque Phyrretis tenore presentium publice profitemur, quod honorabiles et religiose persone sanctimoniales . . Abbatissa et Conuentus monasterii in Travnchirchen deuote nostre dilecte ad nostram venientes presentiam nobis humiliter supplicarunt, vt ipsis duo priuilegia, vuum ab jllustri Principe Otakaro quondam Duce Styrie, et secundum a diue recordacionis serenissimo domino Rudolfo olim Romanorum Rege auo nostro karissimo tradita et concessa innouare approbare et confirmare de speciali gracia dignaremur, quorum primi priuilegij tenor incipit in hec verba. „Ego Otachar etc. (wie Ur¬kunde ddo. Ens 1191 — OU. II. 427 —) monetam tenebat." Secundi vero priuilegij tenor sic incipit: „Rudolfus dei gracia etc. (vide ddo. Wien am 25. Juni 1277 — OU. III. 471 —) anno quarto." Nos igitur predecessorum nostrorum et specialiter inuictissimi domini Rudolfi quondam Romanorum Regis aui nostri karissimi vestigiis inherentes peticionibus predictarum sanctimonialium Abbatisse et Conuentus in Travnchirchen fauorabiliter inclinati prescripta priuilegia, gracias, libertates, concessiones et jura a diuis Imperatoribus et Regibus Romanorum necnon Ducibus Austrie et Styrie monasterio prenotato concessa, tradita et indulta innouamus, approbamus et presentis scripti serie confirmamus vniuersis et singulis sub obtentu gracie nostre firmiter ac districtius inhibentes, ne quis huic nostro priuilegio ausu temerario contraire presumat quoquo modo, sicut grauem nostre vlcionis vindictam voluerit euitare. In cuius rei testimonium presentes conscribi fecimus et maioris nostri sigilli appensione muniri. Datum Styre sexto idus Junij anno domini millesimo trecentesimo quadragesimo septimo.
