Gotfridus dei gracia Patauiensis episcopus omnibus in perpetuum. Ea que diuini cultus augmentum et animarum salutem conspiciunt grate sunt approbacionis munimine roboranda. Laudabitem igitur intencionem ac deuocionem discreti viri Chunradi dicti Deussal ciuis Anasensis ac honeste Elizabet vxoris sue quibus vnam perpetuam missam tribus diebus in ebdomada qualibet celebrandam in altari sancti Johannis Baptiste sito in ecclesia parrochiali sanctorum Stephani et Laurencii Lauriaci extra muros ciuitatis Anasensis nostre diocesis instaurauerunt, ac cum certis vineis agris et denariorum redditibus dotauerunt, ac anniuersarium peragendum instituerunt in domino commendantes, ipsas misse et anniuersarii institucionem dotacionem et donacionem bonorum decano Lauriacensi et ecclesie parrochiali predicte factas, prout in litteris inde confectis continetur, cum penarum adiectionibus ratas et gratas habentes et sicut canonice facte sunt auctoritate ordinaria cum appensione sigilli nostri presentibus confirmamus. Datum in Castro Ebelsperch dominica qua cantatur Letare anno domini millesimo trecentesimo quinquagesimo nono.
