Final concord made in the king's court at Westminster before the justices named, between prior William of Eye on the one hand and Robert of Boyton, vouched to warranty by Walter of Boyton and Roger his brother on the other, concerning a messuage and 4 acres of land in Playford. Robert recognises the messuage and land to be the right of the prior and his church and has surrendered and quitclaimed (348) in their favour.
