Grant by Robert de Ferrers II, earl of Derby, to the Priory of the tithe of rents paid to him by tenants of the burgages in New- borough (Staffs.) added to the town by his father or himself, or to be added in the future. In return, Robert son of Wakelin of Rod- burn is free from an annual payment to the Priory of one mark in respect of Egginton. In addition, the earl has granted the Priory the "parish" of Newborough.
